    @comcast @Xfinity a 14 year customer sets up an appt7days in advance to port a simple landline. After six calls on my part nobody has any idea. One rep was in Singapore, another rep told me to hold and transferred me. 8 calls later Comcast can’t keep an appt! Worst service ever!

    A theme park needs to make a rollercoaster named @Xfinity because all they do is jerk you around and transfer you from one department to another. And no @Xfinity I don’t want to direct message you in a private message. You all are terrible!

    @comcastcares We are in an area that NEEDS service. I have been on the phone with your service reps and no one seems to can take care of the problem. I need construction in my area in order for the service to be installed. I have been going from rep to rep for 3 weeks

    y’all just listened to rock/metal when it played on MTV in the am . while i has Comcast and would out it on the rock or metal channel lmao i was downloading it on lime wire . like anticipated going to concerts and never had anyone to go with .

    @comcastcares @Xfinity never in my life has service been worse with you. Not that any one in Florida has an option. Singapore is now connecting me to someone who hung up.Your service is terrible. The constraints you place on installers and phone operators is why nothing gets done

    @comcastcares gm. All of a sudden my password for my home network is no longer valid. I was using my ipad and it suddenly said I wasnt connected to the internet. When I tried to connect it said I had the wrong password.

    @Xfinity so my local gym is on your business plan. Cable has been out for almost 3 weeks now w help from you all. I have been in his office when he called you and no one has shown up to svc. Your Business svc doesn’t give better svc. Palm Beach Sports Club 34986

    @Verizon what’s the best way to cancel my service with you? I have more problems with Verizon than xfinity before switching. I regret the switch. I’ve had 2 techs come out to try and fix the issue, nothing has worked. I’ve given you the benefit of the doubt that **** goes wrong

    @comcast @comcast so just to be clear, Comcast owns Xfinity, who has dropped ABC in Denver over a contract dispute to not raise customer prices. Comcast also owns NBC who is a competitor of ABC. Do I have that correct?

    @NYCMayor @Xfinity makes it impossible to cancel. The chat @XfinitySupport reps cannot do it. The link they give you, takes you to a “make a phone call” website landing page. Absurd. Also cannot downgrade with click of a button.

    We needed this so badly. It was easy to be negative about this team. About the players, the coaches, and management. Don't get me wrong, Comcast still sucks. But this is the type of run that gives everybody's head a shake and realizes we have our hockey team back

    @Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!
