    Been on the phone with @comcast @Xfinity for over 30 minutes being bounced around from department to department , cant fixed my issue of faltering internet and they don’t have an answer for me either, horrible service 1/2

    Thanks @Xfinity / @comcast internet outage has lasted all day and they keep pushing back the estimated time of the outage to be resolved. They just pushed it back again from 11:38am to 3:28pm

    @IamGeneWilk The problem for me right now is that they are also enacting better public policy than Comcast and we are scheduled to go to Universal in a week. If they don’t change their policies on masks, I may have to cancel.

    @Xfinity just as I’m doing work from home my internet suddenly goes out. Calling customer support gives me an automated help that does some useless tests. I need to get back to work, this is infuriating. It’s not the first time either...🤬

    @Xfinity @xfinity your service and your customer service is the worst I have ever seen. You systematically make your customer service phone numbers not connect to agents when you have outage issues or service issues. You are quite literally the bottom of the barrel...

    @Xfinity My Xfinity Home is not recording for some reason and my internet speed I'm paying for is supposed to be 600 Mbps but is at 200 Mbps. I was told not to use my own router to rent an X1 router and my speed went down. It's been over a month.

    @TX_born_free @RogerSampsell1 @TheAliceSmith Comcast clustered in Philadelphia. Basically making them the only cable provider you can go to. There was a class action lawsuit but the Supreme Court struck down the lawsuit having class action certification

    I never owned or used apple device. I only use cricket and Verizon is cell service. I never used work ISP except at HCA I did no wrong on it when I did. Currently April 13th 652pm 2026. I don't uses others cells or services. I never used sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Sling, Hotspots, Roku, Firestick, or comcast I never go to instagram away from home. I never had tick tock account

    @Starlink I have had Starlink for a year and a half now, only once has it went down, that was only 45 minutes, Starlink is awesome, I have chosen it over AT&T Fiber and Comcast!

    @WallStreetApes The sheriff has issues, hes not educated on technology, he literally jailed people, including elderly for loading android apps on their amazon firesticks, because comcast called it jail breaking. You cant make this stupidity up. So yeah, hes not educated

    @ClayTravis I ranted on the phone to Comcast at 2pm and was transferred to three different people that I was canceling cable and telling everyone I know to do the same. I knew it would do no good but my expletive rant to three Xfinity employees from India made me feel better. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and this has pushed me over the edge. I hate change but I’m getting old and saying goodbye Xfinity cable at $400+ per month.
