    @BuckeyeInternet I pay $100+/mo for internet. Past two days no internet. This is unacceptable and not sustainable as I am a nursing student and work at promedica. I need access to internet, especially if im paying for it! Get your **** together!

    I like how I emailed @BuckeyeInternet multiple times on how my internet is not reaching the speeds I pay for and their services say 24-48 hours response and it's been weeks. Fix my ****.

    @BuckeyeInternet any chance you can give an update on when service will be restored in bedford? Communication has been pretty awful. It’s inconvenient to miss football and entertainment but it’s unacceptable if this continues into the work week for those of us who work remote.

    @BuckeyeInternet And I thought since Susan Block said the Blocks only published The Blade ‘as a favor’ that maybe the Blocks would bring back MLB Network as a favor … BTW, I’ve been a Buckeye subscriber since the 1970s.

    @BuckeyeInternet @DevinMBilski Where is our billing compensation since you haven't even decided to actually inform anyone you know there is a problem. I had to use Down Detector and search Twitter YET AGAIN THIS MONTH to figure out there is an issue. Why is it going out monthly now?
