    @ExpatPortland @DAMikeSchmidt @MultCoDA The list goes on and on. The most striking example of his failure if the fence around the Apple Store downtown and the numerous businesses that have picked up and moved… or shut down completely.

    @ugogofx m5s have had crazy QC issues. take it back to the apple store they should give you a new one hopefully without issues

    Apple Genius bar representative detected that after 16.3.1 update iPhone battery shows error and drastic charging when device was not even charging. Device updated on 03.07.2023, Battery issue observed on the last two days and not before the iOS update. @park meadows Apple Store

    @311DCgov : please fix the DC311 App in the Apple Store. It used to work great and that meant the city was responsive. Now it’s trash and the city isn’t responsive. @MayorBowser : please help!

    @Nitrix79 @_sorrengailll As someone who has parental controls set on an iPhone I can tell you they fail frequently. I replaced the phone thinking it was a phone issue and it was not. Went to the Apple Store and a store employee told me they hear about it happening all the time. Thank God, my child doesn’t even understand what I have blocked on the phone or what these phones can do but for example I will have FaceTime turned off as an app that is not allowed to be used and it will be toggled off but yet I can still FT from the phone. App Store will be turned off in the settings as will safari but yet they are still on the phone and able to be accessed. And none of it is ever constant - I don’t know when they will be working even though they are turned off. It is this insane game of what is the iPhone doing today that it shouldn’t be doing. I have seen other parents post about this issue also. So it is not quite as simple “as you can put parental controls on an iPhone dumbass”. But I totally wish it was bec that would be awesome.
